"Excellent accommodation and very friendly staff. "

"This hotel is lovely. Everything is close within the hotel so easy to access where you want to be. The Swimming pool is a sloping one and the deep end is 1.45mtrs my daughter was able to stand up in it fully. The only floating rings they allow can be purchased for €6 at their mini shop which is on the same floor as the snack bar. The food was yummy, smaller choices than on previous places I have stayed, but actually that was better as this meant what there was was replenished often and it...

"Il n'y a rien à redire de cet établissement ! Une pure merveille sur tous les plans ! Lorsque nous reviendrons à Teneriffe, nous irons à nouveau dans ce superbe hôtel !"

"Clean, good staff, very helpful"

"The best way to explain this hotel is, you pick up a 5 star dubai palm hotel and drop it in tennrife... its wonderful"

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour particulièrement merci à Laëtitia pour l'accueil et ses renseignements concernant l'île ! L’hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel est très agréable. Nous n'oublions pas ce fabuleux voyage ! Merci beaucoup à vous !"

"Fantastic hotel, close to the beach, great facilities including a gym and pool. Special thanks to Herminia at reception, nothing was too much for her to arrange or help with. Ramon at the poolside bar always had a big smile on his face and went out of his way to ensure that you had a great time. Would gladly go back again."

"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"
