Everything was perfect the reception staff were very helpful. The room was very well equipped with everything you need including USB & USBC points each side of the bed. Beds were very comfortable with choice of pillows. The pool area and pools were very good and the restaurant and staff were very good.

Great stay at the facility. The room was an 8 out of 10, mainly because you can tell it has been used for some time. Breakfast was included and it was great—thank you to the chefs and staff. Overall, the location is nice and it’s a lovely place for people who enjoy walking and exploring.

The property and room were wonderful. There were multiple places to sit, never an issue to find a chair. The room, a suite, was great. Always clean and well maintained. The food was wonderful, but having the chance to swap out at least one dinner at the Italian restaurant would help to break up the many meals in a row at the buffet. This was one of the best vacations we have had and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay as a family. The staff were always smiling, polite, and very welcoming. There was a great variety of food options, including choices that suited our children, which we really appreciated. The amenities were easily accessible, well maintained, and family-friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we would gladly recommend this place to other families and consider staying again.

Easy to find. Good parking capacity in garage underneath the hotel. Very good reception from very nice staff and generally very good service. Rooms were space ours enough and we found the beds very good. Quiet surroundings and no problems with flight traffic from the airport nearby. We had a buffet dinner and a buffet breakfast, both absolutely fulfilling culinary expectations in a nice setting. They charged €10 per hour for late check-out which we weren't too happy with but otherwise we were very content and could definately visualize another stay.

Could not fault the cleanliness of the whole hotel and complex. The staff were fantastic, very friendly on a very professional level nothing was a problem. I only had three things I would give feed back on. One was a night time noise started around 3am, sounded like a pump or air con. We had turned ours off. We were in room 118. The second was lunch if you are all inclusive its not just the snack bar it is the buffe so don't miss out. The third was the food it was cooked perfectly there was plenty, lots of choice but it was all very bland. It needs more seasoning some fresh chillies just to perk it up. These are not criticism just feed back. I would not hesitate to recommend Barcelo' Tenerife can not wait to return

The hotel is great in general. Showers will need some upgrading. Very close to the airport. Lovely staff except for one female at the reception. Dinner Buffet changes theme daily which is good. Quiet and nice crowd. Bonus point goes to the activities such as bingo at 5 pm.

What a fantastic hotel!! Several pools to cool down in, and very nice breakfast and lunch buffet. Large rooms that give a luxurious impression. Recommended.

Positives. The rooms are nice and the hotel is kept clean. Negatives. They are unresponsive. I had no hot water in my room and they did nothing for 6 days despite raising the issue 4 times. Cold showers for £200 per night !!! The hotel is right next to an airport with about 8-10 planes an hournduring the day. Peace and quiet there is not Other. The food is okay. Its not great and not as good as you would get at other places of a similar price point.

adult pool, quiet in rooms, yummy food, night food, nice staff, remembered us, pillow options, bed, shower, few bugs, hike, walking to ocean, clean, close to airport. We didn't need one, but we found out that there was no nurse or doctor on the property. It's nice when there is one.
