"The Royal Tower has the most updated rooms. But there is no kitchenette or microwave which is a nice convenience for the Reef tower. If you want to save money by cooking and heating up leftovers, I would recommend Reef over Royal. The pros to the Royal tower is it’s central to Atlantis, and you don’t need to take shuttles; everything is walkable. Ocean view rooms are amazing! We were in 15-522 and the view is breath taking. "Kids had a great time. Biggest concerns are the prices but we learned to eat most of our meals at the fish fry which is just a 10 minute walk. We spent the majority of our time around the pool. The music was a one hour playlist that repeated all day every day. I felt like I was going to lose my mind. I can't imagine how the employees feel about that"

"The room was clean but showed its age! Our bathroom ceiling paint came off in a huge clump. The hotel had grad week , which has graduating HS all over the place. Screaming & yelling into the wee hours of the morning. The beach had plastic cups thrown all over the place , even in the water. If it wasn’t for grad week it wouldn’t be so bad . The food was mediocre at best . The staff some had great attitudes and others looked miserable! We don’t even sit at the outdoor pool because the swim up bar...

"The entire Baha Mar experience is designed to part you from your money. We stayed at SLS. Restaurant prices are exorbitant. A bottle of Josh Cabernet, that usually costs around $40 USD in most upper tier restaurants in the US is more than double that. It retails for around $20 in most stores in the US. It is a long walk to everything on the property without any assistive transportation with the exception of a mobility scooter for old people that rents for nearly $50/day. Golf cart...

Way too many reserved chairs that were not being used. A complete waste when there are not enough chairs to begin with. Just another way for them to make more money. Need a better system for guests who are over 18 to enter the adult pool. Kept telling my daughter every day she could not...

"We were so sad leaving St. Francis! The staff made our trip so memorable! Mary helped us with daily plans and transport. She was able to book everything for us. Cha Cha was our personal water taxi driver who always had a smile on his face! The cooks and the servers( Dely, Alex,Quami, PJ) were amazing and made our stay enjoyable. We were looking for quiet and a laid back atmosphere. This was it! The Bennett’s will be back!"
