"For the price and location its worth it if on a budget in the Bahamas. Its location is very convenient to the airport. Also you are able to walk to the beach across the street. If you are looking for fancy and very high end accommodations, this place will disappoint. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a coffee/breakfast shop in the lobby that was very nice."

"The staff was friendly and courteous. Checked in easily and they brought my luggage to the room. I walked down to the restaurant in front of the hotel for a drink and dinner. The hotel had a pool table and bar next to the pool. The room was clean and cool with a fan on and AC. I checked out early to get to the airport by 5am. They charged me $33 for the ride. Online it said there would be a surcharge for a 5 minute ride. Lots of stairs to climb- no elevator."

"Buffet Food was ok, restaurant à la cart was amazing , rooms were clean and AC is good inside the rooms, but AC was very low at the lobby and restaurants, most of the staff are not friendly, only security staff are helpful. Beach is beautiful."

"The room wasn’t a hotel. It was an apartment. The apartment had visible black mold growing on the walls and the furniture. And sheets were slept in and dirty and the mattress was dirty. The sinks also hadn’t been cleaned. "

"Our stay at Sandyport Beach Resort was great! First off, the room was very clean. The property was well maintained and the staff was amazing! Close proximity to beach, we could walk to Cable Beach in about two minutes and caught some beautiful sunsets. "Everything smooth and fine even the service and hospitality, But one suggestion unable to contact when landed neither the property manager was able to contact me, though we both are on the same page Expedia needs to improve the communication mode between property and guests. Rest all is fine. Hope Expedia improve this."

"Back door to the pool area was jammed, they didn’t have the wet clothes hangline in the bathroom like the sign said it had. The refrigerator didn’t work. The water pressure was low. There was no microwave either so we just didn’t worry about the broken fridge to save food in . It was useless since we could not reheat. No view of the ocean anywhere in hotel. "The first night toilet flooded and from 10 at night until 5am couldn’t get ahold of any staff my daughter had to move her room 4 times the air wasn’t working"

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."
