This hotel has a great central location, making it easy to get around. From the security guards to the front desk team, every staff member was welcoming and genuinely helpful. I want to give a special shout-out to Josiane, who took such thoughtful care of our room and bathroom. She refreshed everything with incredible attention to detail, artfully folded towels and sweet, caring notes that made us feel so at home.
