"The facility was pretty clean, did have a couple of things not go well. Our ice machine was broken, we requested for it to be fixed several times but nothing happened. Our bathroom didn’t have hand soap or lotion like the other room. Most hotel personnel attitude was terrible, they were extremely rude. Not sure if my family and I would go there again. Also going outside hotel after dark is extremely not recommended. "

"Friendly staff, resort needs to be demolished. Everything from the room furniture to the amenities is from 1980 or older. We were bored from the moment we arrived. After a few hours of arriving we decided to only sleep at the resort, and spent time at the nearby resorts for fun and entertainment. Would not recommend this resort until a new building is developed. "

"Absolutely loved Atlantis. Our favorite was the dolphin experience. Absolutely worth the money. We’ve done two dolphin experiences at other places and this one was by far the best. "Major issue with noise and condition of the room at coral but with the help of the staff we were able to move our building. Of course that was at a cost to us but it helped us to have a better trip for the rest of the time."

"Overall, the hotel experience was fantastic from check in to check out. The staff were helpful with local recommendations and always made us feel safe. There are local options near by for alternatives to hotel food for breakfast, lunches and dinner. (Including coffee). "

"Yes, Bar was well stocked food was available continuously. The only problem was at night the meat was dry. Otherwise the breakfast meals were fantastic. Lunch was great , suppers not so great but good for family. They were a little short of staff. I believe it was hard to get a reservation at a dining room on the facility for evening. "

"The room was nice although i didn’t like the shower ‘faucets’. Staff was not mean but they weren’t necessarily nice either. Several of them acted as if they didnt care whether r not if i made a purchase. The views were great, the monkey bar and the casino bar were amazing. "
