"Not worth the money. Did not feel clean the entire stay. Front desk staff was not friendly upon check in, and in addition we got all the way to our room after a long day of travel to realized the staff member not only did not give us a key but our neighbors that happened to arrive at the same time did not get one either. Crazy that’s like the whole point of checking in is getting access to your room. Guest services acted like it was the end of the world trying to get a reservation at a restaurant and this was a shared experience among multiple guest we spoke with. We also requested a king bed and ended up with two doubles. Honestly besides the bar tenders it seemed like a lot of the staff was not happy to be there. I know the hospitality industry is not easy but we were extremely disappointed in our time there. I hope this review helps them to improve because the location is nice and so beautiful!"
