"It was okay for the part"

"Spotless clean , well run and maintained. Many option to choose to dine and eat. Greta food in general and high standard. The only drawback is prices , food and eating are very expensive . They could do better in terms of reducing prices . "

"The staff was not welcoming especially the front desk. The staff is unresponsive to phone calls. It took hours to get a blow dryer. During the trip my key band stopped working. The first question I was asked, were you suppose to check out today. When I still had several days left of the trip. I was truly disappointed in the trip. "

"Food and beverage prices are excessively high—high enough to make customers feel overcharged. The staff also come across as quite cold; when you ask for something, they often respond without even making eye contact. That said, this isn’t limited to the hotel staff—it reflects a broader impression of the Bahamas overall. Other than that, everything was great."

"Friendly staff, resort needs to be demolished. Everything from the room furniture to the amenities is from 1980 or older. We were bored from the moment we arrived. After a few hours of arriving we decided to only sleep at the resort, and spent time at the nearby resorts for fun and entertainment. Would not recommend this resort until a new building is developed. "

"Yes it was a very great stay loved it. We rented a side x side and kept it outside. I loved thatjust to be able to do whatever. The resort is huge but it isnt a bad walk anywhere its is layed out very well. Overall the best spring break we have had."

"Yes, Bar was well stocked food was available continuously. The only problem was at night the meat was dry. Otherwise the breakfast meals were fantastic. Lunch was great , suppers not so great but good for family. They were a little short of staff. I believe it was hard to get a reservation at a dining room on the facility for evening. "

"The staff at this hotel were A1! So friendly and helpful. The lobby and pool areas were great, although the street noise when by the pool can be pretty excessive. The rooms were a standard hotel room with newer heat pump-style cooling unit and “hardwood” floors, not carpet. The hallways were the only area needing a good amount of cleaning or redoing. This hotel is in a great location too! Don’t forget, you get what you pay for and this one isn’t too expensive. "

"The staff were so very friendly and helpful. It is well maintained and is a nice quiet place to stay. We really appreciated the options of the pool, lagoon and ocean beach."

"The room was nice although i didn’t like the shower ‘faucets’. Staff was not mean but they weren’t necessarily nice either. Several of them acted as if they didnt care whether r not if i made a purchase. The views were great, the monkey bar and the casino bar were amazing. "
