"The room was clean and my family of four slept comfortably. It was close to the Grand Canyon and we enjoyed the pool after a hike. The towels were soft and the service was great! We did laundry and the front desk had quarters for the clean, well working machines. "

"I've been staying here since it was 3 palms, never a problem. It is getting dated- paint the pots by the pool that hold plants and trees, fix the pool up where its starting to cumble under the walkway and fix the hot tub, get that outdoor bar going again for guests, play some music at the pool even if its an XM radio app etc some noise of music would help ALOT! get someone with a net to gather all the leaves and debris out of pool daily. Get someone to power wash the sidewalks and stairs they looked dirty and smelled. a little hard work could really bring this place back to life. this place could be SO good- the pool and hot tub are huge and the AC works excellent. rip out all the old carpets and lay down Laminate floors. I would LOVE to own this place, take care and ill be back!!"
