I stayed a total of 3 nights. My room was never cleaned. I requested service and no one ever came. I had to keep throwing my own trash out. For the price I paid it was not good. They ended up charging me twice for the extra night. Horrible service for the price of the resort. Ended up paying 1300 for 3 nights with no service. This is not ok!
As many people mentioned before- check in process is the worst thing. Check in starts at 4PM, but rooms are not ready at 6 PM or even 7 PM. - for many guests. No compensation or perks for late check-in - you have to stay outside t 110 degrees temperature and pray. Rooms are outdated and never been renewed. Slow drains, boiling hot water in toilet bowl. They only plus is a convenience - a proximity to the lake - you can get into water within seconds.
Amazing pool and bay area. Easy to pull boat in to moor. The Naked turtle restaurant was not great....service was awful. Took 90 minutes to get a simple order.
We LOVE the nautical! We stay here very summer! The rooms are so close and convenient to the water. Love the Pool and the river cove. Staff is friendly and drinks are strong! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

The hotel rooms can be cleaner. I requested housekeeping to bring our room shower towels, and they never showed up.
Loved everything about this property ! Beachfront, nice pool, great food and drinks at good prices. Rooms are spacious. Best of all, staff was Amazing !! Can't wait to come back !
