"After reading great reviews we were excited to stay here. We had already been driving for two days, I called ahead to make sure that there would be no hiccups in the check-in process because I knew that we would be arriving very late after driving for 14 hours. We were told it is an easy check in process at the kiosk. We arrived to check in we were exhausted! We were given a room in the furthest building from the lobby and after carrying all our luggage up the stairs it was our shock to find the room was disgusting and had not been clean. I walked all the way back to the lobby in the front building in the middle of the night and was offered another room in the front building. I asked if possible we could have something in the back near the other room where all of our luggage was. Walk all the way back to the far building only to find out that room was dirty also. So i had to walk all the wat back to the front office this time with all our luggage pretty much at midnight, for the third time, and finally The room we were given was clean but it was definitely a down grade in quality. You could tell it was an older furniture last resort room. By the time that we were able to get settled. It was well after midnight. I was so exhausted I was tired but remained respectful and polite. I tried to reach out two days later to allow them to the chance to make things better, with that said they gave us $11 (20% not even). Extremely disappointed to say the least."

"This motel was okay. No major complaints but it is not the nicest place we stayed along our roadtrip by far. It was clean enough and everything in the room worked properly. The continental breakfast was basically cereal and juice. We went to the restaurant acorss the street instead. It was definitely not as nice as the pictures on hotels.com made it look, so that was a disappointment."

"My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway to get out of the heat! This hotel is full of charm and character. It's close to all of the delicious restaurants and shops so we never had to drive anywhere! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. As the oldest hotel in Arizona the new owners have really made an effort to keep the charm of the Wild West! We will definitely be back!"
