"Me sorprendió mucho. Excelente estadía. Lugar muy limpio. 10/10"

"The staff was amazing and so helpful. It’s a short walk to get to stores and other restaurants. Second time there and will continue to come back."

"La atencion de los jóvenes que trabajan en el hotel es excelente, esta es nuestra segunda estadia en menos de 3 meses y volvemos pronto. Muy recomendado"

"Our stay was good. Rooms were cleaned daily. The Balcony I would not book again. they pigeons were always on ledge and made it dirty with their poop. I don't think the outside balcony was cleaned though-out our stay. The only problem was the side area of he hotel because the water from Laguna was overflowing the street. The valet parking employees were very professional and helpful."

"Me encantó todo !! Espectacular !!"

"The hotel was clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful from check in to dinner recommendations, restaurant staff and airport transportation assistance."

"Our stay was very disappointing. On the first night, the sheets smelled strongly of sweat and dampness. We called for help, but no one answered the phone, and the sheets were not changed that night. We ended up sleeping without sheets even though it was very cold. A staff member came to change them the next morning, but the replacement sheets also smelled terribly of sweat. Breakfast was disappointing as well. We were told that the person who prepared it was sick, so only bagels, coffee, and...
