The staff was great. When the elevator temporarily broke they offered to carry our bags upstairs. This is a great hotel for a night. Grocery store and restaurants within a short walk.

The staff was very nice. Our flight got canceled so we needed a place for the night. Room was maybe? clean, and shower leaked into the room from under the door. But fridge and ac worked.

Room was clean and as expected for the price. There were coffee mug but no coffee maker ??? The main reason for this rating is the lack of hot water! When we arrive after a day of travel there was no hot water. The next morning there was only a few seconds before it turned cold. It was very close to the port which was the main reason for staying here. The shuttle was very good.

Staff was nice and courteous. Hotel is okay. Only good for a one night stay. We came in one day before our cruise. Very noisy. You can hear all of the traffic outside.

Staff was great, but the stay was poor. I had to change rooms halfway through because there was no water pressure on my floor (I don't know if this was a hotel-specific problem or a Puerto Rico infrastructure problem), and the staff was very efficient in getting me moved. But neither bathroom sink had hot water (the hot water source was not connected to the sink) so I had to shave by dipping my razor in the shower flow. Also half of my four mornings there was no hot water when I needed to shower.

The place was very clen. Super basic. Nothing extra. No coffee maker, but it had small refrigerator and microwave. There is the T-Mobile center 5 to 10 minutes walking with many good restaurants and live music at night. The afternoon lady who checked us in was very unfriendly. Not helpful at all. The hotel has free shuttle to the port. Make sure you make a reservation.

The lady at the desk was very nice. The hotel elevator broke today, very hard for me to do stairs. No ice, bottled water, 1 key only for the room for 3 adults, lighting in the room is dark, no hand towels available. No suggestions how they could help us without elevator. Pricing for hotel is very over priced for nothing. Room was clean

2 stars for the following reasons: - clean - reasonable location However: - very sketchy check-in/ checkout (put you key in a small jar) - take a photo to have instructions for room tv, air-conditioning… - air conditioner is either on or off; no temperature adjustment. At night it was super cold and we had 1 basic blanket. - windows are plexiglass and the noise of the highway is LOUD. - the receptionist rarely raises her head to greet/watch those coming & going. While checking us in she was on the phone chatting the whole time! - no hand towels only 1 bath towel per client and no hand towel. - sink has no hot water for washing hands. This is a place that I am disappointed that Expedia lists!

Front staff was great, very friendly. Our room had no regular trash can only a tiny trash can in bathroom. No toiletries. Soap was liquid soap in shower but no shampoo or conditioner were provided. I felt at least those items could have been provided.
