Stayed one night for the “ Sanse” festivities . The Hotel was way more than I expected . Very well kept and clean with great staff . Easy parking around the street . I’ll definitely stay here again and more night on next events . Went to Asia de Lima , small cozy restaurant 3 minute walk and it was great as well !!

I loved absolutely everything about this property. The only thing that could be adjusted is the heater, but besides that everything was absolutely perfect.

Great communication with the host. We made a same day booking and had special request for no steps which they provided. The front desk closes at 5:00 and we came in later but the door codes they provided worked well. Just be aware that most rooms have at least a few steps up or down, so you need to request if that is a problem. Room was spotless and bed was very comfy.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent, from asking how we wanted our beds (twin or king) to info for late night access. Front desk gave suggestions for an excellent cafe and was very personable. It was a short stay as we were boarding a cruise so can’t help with other amenities.

Clean, comfortable place to stay when flying in late on NYE. Went to the rooftop to watch the amazing fireworks that were going off all over the city. Rooms were sorta small, with a tight hallway and bathroom, and the door slammed shut every time it closed, but once settled, we all slept well. There was some confusion with booking on Expedia and getting the check-in codes....needed to text back and forth with the front desk, but staff was super nice so it all was good.

Check-in time was 3pm, but our room was ready when we arrived early at 1:30pm. The room was clean & comfortable. The staff was very curteous & helped in taking up luggage to room in 3rd floor since there was no elevator. There was no space to place a shaving kit with toiletries by the sink. There was water droplet occasionally coming from the ceiling.directly above the sink.

Booked this hotel for one night before a cruise. Very clean and perfect for my stay. There is no elevator, however, the staff will assist with taking the luggage up and down. I booked a room on the first floor, but was placed on the second floor. Very kind and professional staff. Definitely recommend this hotel!
