Great stay overall. The hotel has an excellent location right in front of the Convention Center, with easy access to everything nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was smooth. Breakfast was convenient and decent. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience. I would stay here again.

The Hyatt Place is very clean and accommodating. Staff friendly and helpful. Carlos, the bartender is top notch. Only small complaint I had was our room not being ready until approximately 6pm when we arrived. But a manager did comp us for a meal and drink in the bar, so that did make up for that I guess!
