"I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated. That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive. "Shower leaked all over the room but they provided extra towels for clean up. When we went to check out no one was at the desk and no one answered the phone and we almost missed our flight waiting for them."

"Location, friendly staff. I fell on the sidewalk outside on the street and arrived at Casablanca where the staff brought out a first aid kit and helped me clean up my wounds and patched me up. They also brought me ice and everytime they saw me asked if I needed help. Very helpful and caring. Thank you"

"Room needs to be updated, balcony door couldn’t close properly as well as the front door, most of the of the outlets were loose from the walls making it impossible to charge the phones , notified front desk they sent maintenance who did not solve the issues just left a grease on the balcony floor, requested room to be changed and they could not do it hotel was sold out, floor was dirty and slippery, not enough towels provided"
