That would be my only " complaint " be nice if they still had complimentary coffe in the lobby for guests. I would recommend this hotel for future stays..."

"Our stay started a little rough as there was construction across the street that made it impossible to open the patio door which was necessary as the room was quite warm. The staff was very gracious and moved us to another room-staff was amazing overall.thank you"

"Clean rooms. Breakfast was nice to have, but mediocre quality (pretty typical hotel breakfast). Super tiny outdoor hot tubs that weren't very nice. Many nicer pool facilities in the area. Some front staff were pleasant, some were unfriendly. "

"Lovely lodge with balcony, great bathroom & comfortable bed. Really nice room, good restaurant although little pricey. You get a free bus pass for Banff which is handy. Main issue 300 CAD hold on card, as security deposit for a 2 night stay, I’m waiting for it to credit back on my card, I’m sure it will but these ‘deposits’ are unnecessary & inconvenient, we’re travelling around & keep getting these, they take time to credit back! Only real issue here, hot tub could have been better & gym. "
