"The staff was very helpful."

"The room was HOT on a day when the weather wasn't very warm. There was a large openable window but there was no screen and it opened onto the roof of the next building which was a security concern so we couldn't keep it open. Beware parking, the listed spots were taken so we ended up having to pay $72 for our one-day stay."

"The perfect getaway right in the heart of Banff. We had a suite which didn’t disappoint. A beautiful balcony with the mountains in the distance. Right across from 3 Bears Brewery. Walking distance to all of Banff. A great coffee shop right across the street. Housekeeping does an amazing job of cleaning the rooms.
