"It’s a very clean and tidy hotel. Helpers who clean the room were doing great job to make our room really comfortable everyday after we came back. Staff at the concierge looks busy, but they were accommodating us well."

"Wonderful stay after spending all day on the slopes! perfect location in Banff. We loved the hot tubs on the rooftop as well as the fire pit and on site restaurant was very good especially for happy hour."

"This hotel was full of nostalgia & went above & beyond to make our stay top notch! I truly can't say enough about the quality of staff, hotel restaurants & food, quality drinks alcohol & non, cleanliness, activities offered, the pool area was incredibly clean, comfy & the backdrop of the mountains was breath taking!!! We have been to many hotels around the world but this one far exceeds!!!! "

"We enjoyed a loft suite, so there were two bathrooms including a tub which is always nice, the room was clean and spacious. It would be nice if there was a spot to hang your coat on the main floor, and also it was pretty dark in the living room so a bit more lighting would’ve be appreciated.
I know this is a common issue, but the toilet paper is like sandpaper and the Kleenex was worse.
Staff was good and helpful, the only major disappointment was the hot tub was a little grungy, it had been...
