"This hotel is everything you’ll think it’ll be and more. The beach was steps away from our room, the pools were very nice and the adult pool was there if you wanted a more quieter relaxed experience away from the other kids. The food was mid but that’s what you usually expect from an all inclusive serving around 5000+ people at a time although that Italian restaurant was really good. Unfortunately the hot water did end up going in and out in our room but ended up fixing itself, the toilet got clogged and we called someone they came immediately to fix. I can say this hotel cares and takes care of their customers! I would love to come back and visit!"

"The registration staff (Oscar D & Dennise T) were awesome. Oscar was able to change our room from one that was next to noisy air conditioning next door hotel to a beautiful 3rd floor room that was quiet and had a nice view of the beach and ocean. The baggage handlers were efficient and very friendly! The property was extremely beautiful especially the 2 endless pools. I would definitely rate this resort a 9.5, and hope to return soon! The only negative was upon arrival, I had to sit with concierge to hear about timeshare purchase interest. I was on vacation and didn’t want to talk about purchasing anything other than food and drinks and excursions."
