"The property is relatively small. It is very clean & the staff are amazing. My biggest & probably only issue is that everything shuts down very early. After about 11pm the entire property goes dark. I am particularly drawn to music & some semblance of nightlife & there was little to none. My stay was during the World Cup Soccer games so that was the main event, which was nice & a daily evening show, but not much else. This is a pretty quiet & relaxing resort with little to do. I’m not a fan of all inclusives because the food is generally not very good. The food here was nit great, but ok & completely doable with multiple options. I would likely consider going again just to chill & relax. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness & appearance of the facility. The staff was outstanding!!!"

"Newer resort. Food was great and variety. Hard to get in restaurants. Great staff and rooms are very clean spacious and nice. Bar included in room. Great views. You don’t see the seaweed as much as this location but there is some. Free transportation to airport and sister properties for events and parties. Staff were entertaining. Outside food was great. We had no complaints and will definitely visit again!"

"The stay at the Royal Sands is always top notch, the staff works very hard to make your stay perfecto and the food is always very great, the only thing wrong with this hotel, is the ugly seaweed that storms the beach front every day, so we just stay at the pool bar all day, would highly recommend this place to anyone!!"

The resort was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located on a beautiful white-sand beach with breathtaking turquoise water. We really enjoyed the food, with plenty of options to choose from each day, and the restaurants provided a great dining experience. The pools were clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and there were fun activities and entertainment for guests of all ages. Thank you to everyone at Park Royal Cancun for making our vacation so special. We had an amazing time, created wonderful memories, and would happily return. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Cancun!"

"I thought everything was very good the staff first was stellar with great happy attitude!! Second drinks and food were good. Excellent size for quick getaway too and the only one thing is the humidity, mustiness scent in the room, room itself was amazing. If only they pump on some lavender or have the ducts cleaned I don’t know only one complaint, that was unpleasant."
