"Travelled from Canada family of 5 . Clean rooms , could do better with the dust in areas like lamps etc . Goo was great . Front desk could be a little more helpful at the arrival , they point to you to a QR code instead for info about hotel. I speak fluent Spanish. Some front desk personnel were very dismissive about questions and point to at QR code. Also upon arrival they direct to you right away to the membership aspect of the hotel . Not something you want to be introduced to as you arrive or even a couple of days in . Hard to get them off your back about attending free breakfast and chat so you can get $150 coupon for tours . "

"I'm really surprised at some of the negative reviews. We had a nearly perfect visit. If I had to be nit picky, I would say there were times when our neighbors were loud and abnoxious late at night and yes the noise seemed to really carry. The shower temp would randomly change.. would be too cool then too warm.. hard to get the temp just right and keep it that way. All our interactions with the staff were really great. Food was not a problem and we were even able to make reservations at the a la carte restaurants pretty easily. Aside from the hotdogs and hamburgers at the beach bar, the food was really good! This was my first all-inclusive experience and I was pleased. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. "
