"This place was great. Staff was professional and kind. Food tasted fresh/delicious especially at breakfast - great selection. Location: can be a pro and con depending on what you are looking for. We wanted closer access to the beach - not. Getting Grab or taxi was hard- choosing the cheapest price did not work on Grab. Premium provided us with a taxi. If you are planning on staying on site for your entire trip, this is a great spot. If you are not planning on doing this, not so much. Phuket traffic and distance from the beach (over 40 mins) was a hassle and draining. I would stay closer to attraction. "

"The room was great. It was cleaned daily. The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the cookery class and the New Year party. The staff work so hard. We also had great Thai Massages in the hotel spa. The area was peaceful and we had a relaxing 8 days. Fabulous value for money. The food was tasty. We ate in the restaurant every night. "

"The resort is located across the beach and has all the amenities one can think of. The staff are friendly barring one or two buggy drivers who are burnt out driving around. Tony from Cafe Studio was brilliant!! They seem under staffed with the breakfast volume and one chef apparently so food takes a while at times to get to the table. Anan at reception was very courteous and I wish I took all the other names but they were all brilliant! The security staff manning the residences were very helpful and the pool staff too. I cannot fault the service in any way. Clearly the HR and training department is doing a good job with getting the right staff. The only glitch is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly. Many steps to climb and we had to carry the wheelchair up. If your audience is not the disabled, then you have to mention it on booking platforms. My shoulders are in pain carrying the wheelchair up and down steps."
