"Very walkable area with the Dao being the best hotel in the Shepherd Bush community. Great shopping with the Westfield Mall being only a 5 minute walk. We were moved to another room because the first room AC went out. Hotel staff promptly moved us to a comfy room with great AC. "

"This was our first time staying at a Premier Inn and we’d definitely stay again!! Very budget friendly but didn’t feel like a budget hotel! Room was quite small but as expected! Breakfast was great and they did a fantastic job managing a food allergy! Zero complaints!! "

"It was incredible. I'm one of the lucky people who always get the better room in a hotel. However, I have to say that Kensington Prime is the one that I'm most impressed with everything straight from the receptionist, who was so kind, caring and friendly (once again I really appreciate your assist), to the hotel facilities. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and would surely go back for another stay.

"Great pocket hotel for those just stopping through town for a couple of days. Comfortable, tiny room has everything one needs. If you have a lot of big luggage, you may have a hard time getting it through its narrow halls and you may also find little room to move around in your room. "
