"The double bed room assigned was smaller than I expected. I guess I could have made a mistake by not using a queen size room. The sink was a little bit clogged so water didn’t run through quickly so I had to wait in between usage. Toilet paper roll always jumped off from the rack, which was annoying."
"Staff were absolutely lovely, a big shout out the the guy that was on the desk all of our stay, he was great and very helpful. We were swapped rooms as there was an issue with one of the beds upon arrival which staff understood and accommodated. The room had everything we needed for a few nights, our coffee and tea was topped up and our bin emptied. Great location if you do not wish to be in central London and venture everywhere, transport is easily accessible too. We only had breakfast on our first morning as we thought it was full English breakfast but realised after arriving that it is an Italian breakfast which did not cater to the kids taste but that was our mistake and should have looked into it more as the photos of the full breakfast were old photos from a cafe that used to cater the breakfasts."
"The staff was so delightful, the atmosphere at the drey was wonderful. it’s Beautiful. the bedrooms are small but I knew of that before booking so that was no surprise. Id like to add the floors in the rooms could’ve been vacuumed better. But overall I extremely enjoyed my stay at The Drey. I would 100% recommend to stay at the drey!"
"First impression the lobby looked good, the staff were very helpful, there was a massive variety of food at breakfast and the staff were very friendly, it’s a little further out of London than we normally stay, so we had to bus & tube into the centre.
Our only fault I would say was with the room and housekeeping, the shower was lush and so powerful, but the quarter glass door that went along the bath did not hold any water in the bath area, so the whole room got wet, we had a coffee in the room on the Saturday evening & a cup that was bought up from breakfast, our coffee station was not cleaned, cleared or topped up, the coffee cup from the morning was still in the room, there were bits on the floor and the sink wasn’t cleaned at all.
It looked like all they did was made the bed, I don’t think we would stay there again, but only for the fact that you had to bus & then tube into London."
