They have thought of everything, super eco friendly and gorgeous rooms and common areas. Breakfast was delicious and staff as SO friendly and helpful. Would rate higher if I could! "
"Very walkable area with the Dao being the best hotel in the Shepherd Bush community. Great shopping with the Westfield Mall being only a 5 minute walk. We were moved to another room because the first room AC went out. Hotel staff promptly moved us to a comfy room with great AC. "
"This hotel is very close to the Earl court Station. Has many shops around. The rooms are clean and you’ve got everything in there what you need. The hotel staff is very friendly and so helpful. "Jess and John were kind, patient and helpful. They are the front desk staff. On site laundry was great! The best part was that they held my luggage for me when I travelled to Paris for few days! The room was clean and the windows can be opened for those who might be claustrophobic! Walking distance to Earl’s court station and many restaurants and shops around. Thank you Jess and John! I will recommend all my friends to stay at Ember Locke especially because of you guys! "

"It was incredible. I'm one of the lucky people who always get the better room in a hotel. However, I have to say that Kensington Prime is the one that I'm most impressed with everything straight from the receptionist, who was so kind, caring and friendly (once again I really appreciate your assist), to the hotel facilities. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and would surely go back for another stay.

"Great pocket hotel for those just stopping through town for a couple of days. Comfortable, tiny room has everything one needs. If you have a lot of big luggage, you may have a hard time getting it through its narrow halls and you may also find little room to move around in your room. "
