"Property has had a makeover since we last stayed- excellently finishes snd clean. Top floor room cosy, but no lift so with a case it's a little difficult. Otherwise whole property excellent value. "

"Great stay at St. Paul’s Hotel. The location is excellent; easy to get around and set in a lovely part of Kensington. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the surrounding area has plenty of great cafés and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"Ideal location, easy booking, clean property"

"At Ibis Hotels in London, we had no air conditioning for the first part of our stay despite being told it would be fixed. We had to sleep with the windows open, making it hot and very noisy at night. On a second reservation later in the trip, we did have AC for two nights, which was a relief—but it doesn’t make up for the earlier experience. We are still disputing part of this stay, as the lack of AC significantly impacted our comfort."

"Great to have Nespresso coffee. Nice large room although small bathroom. Great pub meal in the evening, and great breakfast - the (loud and older) breakfast 'maitre de' did the work of 5 young staff! 👏"

However, I have to say that Kensington Prime is the one that I'm most impressed with everything straight from the receptionist, who was so kind, caring and friendly (once again I really appreciate your assist), to the hotel facilities. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and would surely go back for another stay. I'm sorry if I write something wrong since English is not my first language."
