This was a nice little hotel close to a tube station and the Westfield mall. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and made the check in process easy. There was some construction while we stayed which created some noise and disturbance but was in the process of being completed

Lovely property on the west side of London. Very convenient to the underground (when it’s not on strike). The staff were very helpful with luggage, suggestions and making cab arrangements. My single room on the front side of the hotel was a little noisy, but nothing that earplugs couldn’t handle. There was a very strong young man on site to handle the ridiculously heavy luggage that I brought. Fairly priced and convenient.

My favourite hotel in Shepherd's Bush!

5-star service from a 3-star hotel. Faultless! I always stay here when I'm in business. It is the best value hotel in Shepherd's Bush and the one with the best location - next to W12 shopping centre and cinema and Shepherd's Bush station and Westfield Shopping Centre. Staff are always lovely and sweet and super helpful, charming and polite. Fully recommend this charming, clean, stellar hotel.

It is the best value hotel in Shepherd's Bush and the one with the best location - next to W12 shopping centre and cinema and Shepherd's Bush station and Westfield Shopping Centre. Great value for money

I was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. It's right next to the underground, a small grocery store, and a large shopping mall, but it's not noisy at all. The rooms are very clean and in good shape by London standards. Will definitely stay here for business trips going forward!

Lovely small hotel in a great location. Excellent value for money. The hotel appears newly refurbished. Everything is clean and feels homely. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Comfortable room and facilities. Low noise level considering the location. A great nights sleep!

Unassuming from the outside, but really nicely decorated and modern inside. Very friendly and helpful staff. 2 mins or less to Shepherds Bush underground and overground. Very close to lots of restaurants.

such a lovely place to stay, perfect for what we needed it for! room was lovely and cleaned and was air conned which was so nice too. bathroom was nice and spacious and shower was amazing! definitely recommend staying here was in perfect location to train station and loads around to do as well! the lady behind the desk was super lovely and accommodating, made the stay as easy as possible! thank you so much, cannot wait to stay again!

The hotel does the best it can with what it has, so on that front it’s good value for money, clean and well located. However, it’s super loud if you’re in the downstairs rooms, you feel the tube vibrate, and it’s really only good for one, max two nights and if all you need is to sleep. The rooms are super tight, so hard to put suitcases down or do much but be on the bed. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant when I asked to be moved to a better room, because my room was so loud it wasn’t livable.
