"Impeccable service"

"I was initially disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as the odor. However, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. Their excellent service made my 5-night stay enjoyable. I would kindly suggest improving the cleanliness standards, as this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

I went and enquired about a change & I was relocated to a room on a higher floor at the front of the hotel over looking the park, although I did have to pay an extra $120. This room was large, plenty of room for big suitcases & had a very comfortable...
