"Check in not clear. We arrived and rang the bell no answer and no mobile number given on the site we booked through but once we contacted the owner they got us sorted quickly and the room was great and the lovely lady who was cleaning was really helpful. Onsite parking which is excellent"

We stayed in a top-floor triple room at the Croft Court Hotel for the Shabbat of July 11-13. On foot, it's close to plenty of shuls, but not to as many restaurants or shop as some other accommodations. By bike, bus, or car, though, getting around to those shops or restaurants won't be a problem.
The hotel is just a couple of bus stops from Golders Green Station, and another minute or two down the street, so getting there by public transit is quite convenient. HOWEVER,...
"really stunning beautiful place , your in your own little world there and the clean and care put into the rooms is spectacular! However the area is a bit of a letdown just due to people throwing fireworks and the level of noise but that can’t be helped by the owner and it’s not a reflection on them at all it’s just a shame as it’s such a lovely place to say in itself. "
"Very good all around. The only thing is the immense crowed on event days due to Stadium proximity.

"Self contained little room. Very clean and the room had everything you could possibly need from towels to dish soap. Easy access to Wembley park. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends "
"My stay was fine, the property is well-kept. But there was no wardrobe, and no hangers supplied with the clothes hanger. The reception was warm and supportive. "
"Had a great stay. Staff at reception were polite and prompt, air conditioning worked a treat. Only slight negative was the bed was a little on the firm side for me, but that’s personal preference. Lovely touch with the hand written note and snacks in the room. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area"

Used restaurant for dinner, and food was very good, reasonably priced too.
One issue is the £5 parking charge on check-out! The system will not let you complete the check-out process until you make the payment. Irrespective if you have paid parking in advance to check-in (HGV parking account with SNAP)."
