"Manager is good"

"The AC was not working at all in the any of the rooms, they had given us a massive fan which was dirty and didnt really keep the room cool. The window you couldnt open too wide so the heat was trapped in the room. The bathroom fan didnt work and the bathroom did have some mould in the ceiling due to this. The beds was comfy which was good but really the only good thing. The cleanign staff we tried to explain to not clean our room due to all our items everywhere and they was rude to my friend...

"I stayed at the Hide for 3 nights in July 2026, at an executive double room (in case the room makes any difference). Room itself was amazing, but the hotel facilities were really good in general. Very clean, well-maintained, you felt really nice being in such an environment. The people that work there were also really friendly, and willing to help. Did not encounter any issues whatsoever, really happy with my stay."

"You Do Not Want to Stay Here I was shocked when I arrived at the property. Even before I entered, it was clear the building is quite rundown. Empty planters with styrofoam in them. Weeds. Some loose garbage along the drive. Entering, there’s a lack of fresh air and attention to detail. I entered my room to find a tiny, rundown space. Needed to be aired, but the window is locked shut. The walls are scratched and stained, the desk and fridge / cupboard area are old and covered in bubbled...

"They’re having allot of construction and also their “air conditioning” is not anything that truly works. So be cautious while the heat wave is on. Not many places around to cool off either."

"Lovely hotel, gorgeous grounds, very kind, helpful and good natured staff team. Lots of parking, not far by taxi to Stanmore Underground at the end of the Jubilee line. Close to the M1 but outside ULEZ. Good breakfast. Highly recommended"

"Ark was a wonderful place, nicely decorated and great location next to Wembley Stadium. The room was perfect with lots of amenities. James at Reception was very helpful, our air con was broken in 32C London heat so as compensation he waived parking charges for 2 nights. The fact that there is parking on site is a bonus. Loved the rooftop terrace and enjoyed drinks up there with city views. Very clean thrpughput. Has great additions such as communal work areas, kitchen, gym, entertainment room....

"This was a lovely two night's spent. The room was clean and the staff was lovely. The area was right next to the highstreet with loads of shops, restaurants and even parks to choose from. The people in the area were friendly as well. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend booking a stay at the NAP HOTEL! We'll definitely be back soon."

"Pros: room is clean, staff friendly, shops nearby Cons: bathroom is too small. The sink/vanity in bathroom is so small and shallow that it is not possible to use. Don't close the sliding foldable door for shower fully because there is no handle from the shower side to open it."

"Heel gezellig en fijn hotel. Kamer was fantastisch met fijne badkamer met heerlijke regendouche en genoeg ruimte. De ligging was voor ons perfect, we kwamen voor een concert in Wembley. Bus en Subway op loopafstand. Ontbijt heerlijk, het warme deel al la carte, dus heerlijk vers en warm. Ook buffet nog met yoghurt, croissantjes etc. Echt geweldige locatie."
