Great staff who were able to enable us to check in early to one of our rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly upon arrival. Only slight negative was the information regarding parking as it said to get your ticket validated but the car park doesn’t issue tickets so slightly confusing but the staff took the comment on board when we shared it to they just need to update the information shared about parking.
