"clean bed clean toilet but everything else is old and tired. Bath is hot but shower is luke warm. Bed is old and makes sound but sleepable. Quite noisy all room facing main street. No central heating but a big heating machine in room. TV is about 14inch not smart, smallest I have seen anywhere. Good location for shows and events and good price, wont mind staying again for the price."

"Clean but very basic property. Comfortable bedding. Shower - not able to get any hot water. Nice staff. Rooms in the basement will have noise and vibration of the tube trains running around every few minutes. Main benefits are location and comfortable bed."

"The staff is outstanding. Helpful and friendly. Daily room service included water, coffee and biscuit replenishments. The breakfast buffet was amazing and very nicely priced. It gets busy as the morning goes, the dining room staff is spot on replenishing everything. Location can’t be beat, less than five minute walk to Paddington station. "

"Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which costed me quite a bit ) the room was the smallest room I ever been in. It felt as if it was a hostel not a hotel at all. Won't be going back."
