"The staff are very cheerful and helpful, which is great. They try to upsell you to the breakfast every day you come back to the hotel, which is a bit pushy but not a problem. Our room was very stuffy and too warm. We set the AC for 19°C. "Situated in a 19th-century Tudor-style building with a charming quadrangle. The rooms are cozy, bright, and very, very clean, with comfortable beds, super-soft linens, in-room amenities, and attentive staff. Optional full buffet breakfast."

"Location to get to concerts or games @Wembley is perfect. Very helpful staff."

"Excellent property, new, clean and well positioned. Lovely staff and excellent breakfast in a very pleasanr environment."

"Liked close to public transport Liked the area safe Did not like that the staff did not acknowledge you good morning or evening when exiting and entering the property just common courtesy Did not like the food in the hotel fish and chips dish not cooked all the way through soggy they claimed it was the beer better other than that the stay was okay"

"We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal"

"Great value stay in a great location, like that it's a girlguiding centre and supports a charity"

"A lovely B&B. Very friendly. Nice breakfast. Clean, tidy, close to the Tube. We had the disadvantage of visiting during the heatwave and the house was a bit of a heat trap, but the fan helped, and I’d absolutely go back at a slightly cooler time!"

"Very nice and supportive staff. Very clean room. Good Breakfast included"
