"The Hampton inn was in a great location and had all of the amenities that I like in a hotel (i.e. gym, pool, washer/dryer qtr operated, and breakfast). The hotel is conveniently located next to places to eat and within 2 blocks of the beach. Further there is a nice casino wtihin a block of the hotel, so that added to the nightlife fun. The hotel is relatively new and still very clean. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to San Juan."

"Love the infinity pool. Love the fitness center. Disappointed with Tacos & Tequila. My taco was dry and the lime slices were dry--not a drop of juiice came out of all three of them. I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. "

"Overall good experience, unfortunately microwave and a light in our room did not work but otherwise fine, spacious & clean. Most staff members were pleasant. Wish more kid activities were offered on site. Everything I had from Breakfast and happy hour was good and restaurant food was delicious. "

"Had a great stay at the double tree in San Juan. I was working from vacay and the WiFi was out for nearly 36 hours during our stay. Not the end of the world. Staff was lovely and kind, and welcoming. Shout out to Margarita and Paula who took awesome care of us. "

"We had a great stay here. The hotel is nice, clean and updated. The rooms were a good size and have a balcony. The beach is just steps away. Pool open 24 hours. Outside bar open tipp 11 and inside one till 12. The casino is small but has a mix of games. Old San Juan was a 20 minute Uber ride away. "

"This was one of the nicest properties we have stayed at and that’s saying a lot as we stay at upscale hotels sometimes. Thai hotel from the owner to the staff to the room to the veranda and the courtyard and the upstairs outdoor sitting area everything is truly lovely!
