"It was a clean room, they had suggestions on what to do, it was easy check in and was able to self check in with key pad. $3-$10 ubers to get around to old san juan and more locally. Walmart 7 min away if you need anything. Had roku tv, min fridge, makeup wipes!, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. "

"BEAUTIFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME!! We highly recommend this gorgeous place right in the middle of Old San Juan. Everything is in walking distance. The charm of this place can’t be beaten. From calming music as you enter, a relaxing rooftop, other beautiful sitting areas, delicious coffee in the morning, and also modern shower and bath facilities, you will absolutely not be disappointed. It was immaculate and easy to access. "

"We had a suite and it was a great room! Only complaint it that it was on floor 6 and the music from floor 7 club was thumping. We were very tired and fell asleep quick so it turned out to be ok, but if we weren't it would have kept us up. We also had dinner reservations at Mar y Rosa and cancelled because there was loud music. "

"This was our second stay in two weeks as we booked this hotel prior to and after a cruise. Our room was not ready at 4 pm but the staff let us know far in advance and we were able to plan accordingly. To compensate they upgraded us to a fantastic room that was really nice and quiet.
The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The location is great for cruise ship guests and the area is lively and has many great dining, shopping and nightspot locations to choose from."
