"As is every property in Puerto Rico, its over priced. But its nice, its new, the staff is excellent but the area is just ok. The bathrooms are baths, no room...but overall its very nice. But again, room rates in PR are insane lately. "

"Perfect stay! Convenient for those on the prowl for a night life. Right next to La Placita. We didn’t have any issues sleeping. It felt very sound proof. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Parking could be a bit tough but doable, just got to make your rounds around the neighborhood and you’ll find something."

"Friendly, accommodating staff, combined with a clean, spacious room make this a no-brainer when choosing a hotel in the middle of Old San Juan. Close to shops and restaurants, but a bit of a pain to drive to during the day.
If you’re looking for a no-frills hotel in the middle of the action, go for Hotel Milano. It’ll probably be even better once the renovations are complete. "

"Staff was very friendly. Happy hour was nice when no events interrupted it. Pool and gym are clean and lovey. Pool bar staff was awesome. Wish my room was cleaned a bit better as bar glasses were not removed. Also had a strange snafu with my bill. "

"This is a hidden gem in Old San Juan. The room was SPACIOUS, well appointed and reflected classic Puerto Rico style. Our room had a stove, full size fridge, great air-conditioning,Nice bathroom with a shower that never ran out of hot water. They have some common areas with seating, coffee, ice, and vending machine that was reasonable. It is on Fortaleza street so evenings were a bit noisy but i live in the city so nothing too bad."
