"The staff was racist. I had a terrible experience with them. They were openly discriminatory and it seems as if it’s their normal practice. I ended up making a complaint to Hilton Honors and to the hotel management. The staff needs to be investigated and trained about cultural diversity. It was an overall horrible experience. "The resort was excellent. We took several day trips away from the Condado area and transportation to and from was no issue with Uber. The pool and beach areas are nice and the on site restaurants were great options for lunch or dinner"
