"The view was nice, room looked nice and clean however, there wasn’t enough counter space. Also, the A/C didn’t put out enough air and didn’t cool the room very well. The one thing that we didn’t appreciate was when there was no transparency when we ordered drinks on the beach in regards to being upfront about the expensive service charge. An average 12 ounce beer and a 12 ounce pina colada…$34 plus a tip, $40 total. Probably won’t stay at this place again."

"Property was obstructed in general by trees. Property located in a very congested neighborhood. We were not able to access the property because the property manager claimed that we were at the wrong building and that was why we couldn’t access it. "It was a beautiful property, however the room was not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel and did not match up to the price. Also found the cost of food and drinks unreasonably high for what you were getting. I have stayed at other places in the area that were nicer and much more affordable which is why I personally wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to a friend"

"The staff was exceptional, night life was great, pools are beautiful and service around the pool is a plus. We love the Banyon Tree so that is an attraction. Only drawbacks were the room does not have a lot of lighting but that is really the vibe of the whole hotel. The halls were noisy after 10 pm at night, certainly not the hotel’s fault. Overall, truly a very special place and I can’t wait to come back!"

"We had a great time at this hotel. There were always plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available. The pool area was nice. We weren’t very prepared for how expensive everything is, so check out the menus ahead of time and be prepared. You may want to head to the store when you get here and stock up on drinks and snacks.
It’s in a very walkable area, where you can be at great restaurants and bars in a 15 minute walk. Service in the lobby bar is outstanding.

"The property was amazing I loved the palm trees and all the seating they had around . They had a nice bar / restaurant they made the best mojitos. They also had a gym the room I had was kind of small for two people though use to bump my arm against the tv and the bed was small for two .

"Well we waited a little bit to check in because no one was at the desk but we can leave our luggage at the desk before we check in thank God so we can to do some stuff before we come back to check in. We were surprised by drinks and snacks in the room. We had breakfast, coffee and oj. The only thing that bothers me is the fruit flys which they can't control understandable. I was satisfied overall."

"Great location!!! Beautiful beach view. The beach is literally across the street! Everything within walking distance.
The couch/sofa bed needs a good cleaning and definitely more bath linens needed to be provided. We had a party of 3 for 5 nights and only received 3 bath towels and 3 washclothes. this would not have been an inconvenience, if the unit was equipped with a washer and dryer. The bldg washers and dryers were inconvenient and expensive.

"Location is perfect, close to everything. Building is good and pool too. Apartment needs to be updated. Couple things was not working or in bad condition like the microwave and ceiling fan. Bedroom was ok, but the sleeping couch was in bad condition. Parking is close enough but expensive for a night and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot on the street. "
