"I was a little disappointed in our stay. The hotel and room was very tired and in need of an update. In the morning the windows were running with condensation. The windows let an awful lot of noice through and I was awake for the 3 nights listening to the roar of traffic. The restaurants attached to the hotel were very expensive and not of the best quality. I’d recommend finding somewhere else to eat. On the day of leaving we were in a rush and needed a taxi. They said to just wait out in the forecourt ans taxis arrived every few minutes and they wouldn’t specifically call a cab. After a 15 min wait we left, turned onto the road and flagged one down immediately. Very underwhelming experience. It was ok at best."

"Fantastic location. We could walk to Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben and Parliament. The staff was really nice. We dropped our bags off in the morning and when we checked in later that afternoonthey had already brought our bags to the room. Why I didn’t eat the full breakfast, I enjoyed a cappuccino and pastries every morning. The room was larger than I expected. Not big by any stretch, but more spacious than expected. I would definitely recommend to other travelers. "

"Fantastic stay with great new rooms—just a bit dusty! What I liked: I’m a huge fan of Moxy hotels, and this stay reminded me why. The location is unbeatable and that long escalator entrance is such a cool, modern touch. I stayed on the 7th floor in a Queen room, which was surprisingly large and felt brand new. It’s clear they are doing a great job with the expansion of the hotel. Also, a huge shoutout to the check-in staff—they were absolutely amazing and made the process so easy! What could be improved? My only issue was the construction currently happening on the 7th floor. Because they are building more rooms, there was a lot of dust in the air. Without much airflow to clear it out, it did trigger my allergies during the night. Once the construction is finished and the air is clear, this place will be 10/10."

"Shower didn’t work right (too high, leaked on the floor, etc.) and there was a wet spot/stain on the room’s floor as we got there (like something had been spilt or leaked from the ceiling but neither hadn’t). "
