"I've been traveling for decades, and our stay here (for a couple) was perhaps the best ever. We booked a Deluxe Room, which apparently was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite at the corner of the property (windows on two sides!). The bathroom was to die for: a spacious monument of granite and glass, with a big old style bathtub and a shower with amazing water pressure. "Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay."
