Our stay at Raffles London at the OWO was truly the experience of a lifetime! From the moment we entered the property, we were treated like royalty. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond expectations! We stayed over New Year’s Eve and the location was perfect. Our room was luxurious and we felt very pampered. The spa area is exquisite and the staff there are so friendly and pampering! This hotel is truly a gem and one of the very best hotel experiences we have had. We hope to return in the future!

However, there was no mirror in the bedroom (for hairdryer) and unfortunately the milk in the fridge was off on the second day (not-checked) - minor issues that slightly spoiled the stay, but when paying a premium price, don't expect flaws!

That's the most stunning and amazing hotel I have ever stayed in so far. The hotel itself is a sight seeing spot with rich history. The staff are so kind and considerate. Amazing place to stay, concierge staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Picture don’t do justice the actual room is much nicer and I like all the details in the room. Location is amazing and very walkable, used the swimming pool as well which is not busy at all, it was a great experience staying there and had great memories. Very happy and definitely highly recommend.

One of the most extraordinary buildings in London, which played a major role in British history in the 20th Century, and sits in the very Center of British power . The owners have spared no expense in renovating and modernizing this magnificent structurewhile keeping all of the history... Turning it into a hotel unlike any other in the world. And to do it full duty, Raffles has put together a staff that is extraordinarily knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. It was not only a great place to spend a couple of nights, it was just an extraordinary experience...
