This is an outstanding hotel in the heart of St. James, next to the Ritz and Mayfair, all the area is walkable. The staff is over the top, this is what hospitality should look like. Loved this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful and welcoming staff. The nighttime bartender Marcos saved us from what could have been a disastrous evening of wine and apps. He was kind and friendly and made the stay even better!

Wonderful stay in the heart of St James’s. The room was elegant, comfortable and very well maintained. The bed was excellent and the bathroom was beautifully finished with high quality toiletries and amenities. Breakfast was also five-star quality, with excellent service and a great selection of food. Every detail felt premium, from the room facilities to the little touches such as the stationery and in-room amenities. The location is superb, within walking distance of Mayfair, Green Park and many of London’s best restaurants. This was a perfect solo staycation and I would happily return.
