Friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again. They don’t have a gym on site but provided a voucher for a day pass at a nearby gym. "

"Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay."
"We were extremely pleased with the hotel location and amenities, but were even more impressed with the level of service that we received from everyone: front desk, concierge, baggage, the restaurant, and the bar. And not to forget housekeeping: housekeeping came by at least twice daily, and on special request as needed, and tidied up our room with fresh linens, towels, and still waters. It was the best housekeeping service that we have ever received. We highly recommend the Trafalgar St....
