"Convenient to have everything in the area for a visit to the beach and shopping"

"Nice big Clean Room, was an issue getting in the front door to access our room to start with, after two long flights and a stressful journey was not expected! Then the next day the card to get into property again would not work, Thank God for Whats App and quick communication, this was quickly sorted! Would stay here again, location was great and close to many cafes and bars etc. Nice touch with drinks in the fridge and a bottle of bubbles from our host too, Thank you Samantha 😊"

The room had AC without a locked temperature which was great because we could put it to as cold as we wanted. Issue: There was sooo many fruit flies in our room. "Don’t stay here. There are many other hotels in that area to choose from that appeared to be much nicer and closer to amenities. The sink faucet was rocking on the sink. It was so loose. The telephone did not work to call reception. Reception never offered to help with bags or tell you where there’s restaurants or even mention the hours of the restaurant that’s in the hotel. "The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)"

"The property was in a perfect location and the staff was very friendly. The AC in the room was amazing and the room was clean. The only small issue we had was that the walls are so thin and we heard everything going on in every room around us, day and night. The noise from outside on the street was to be expected, but the noise within the hotel was a bit much at times."

"Easy journey to Marco Polo airport from the Carnival hotel on the Aliaguna water bus to Guglie a short walk from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and aperitif places on the canal outside the hotel. Easy access to all the main sites from Tri Archi vaporetto stop outside the hotel. Much cheaper to get a two or three or more days, water bus pass for as many journeys that you want to take each day. Good safe local neighbourhood to wander about including evenings."

"This apartment was off the beaten path just around the corner from a small canal. We were on the 3rd floor, there’s no elevator, so that was a hike. View from the room to see the canal we had to stick our head out of the window and look to the right. The staff was extremely welcoming, a surprise of snack was a welcomed surprise! We loved our stay here. Would recommend!"

"Property location is great. Much calmer area away from the tourist, yet close enough to walk everywhere. Great restaurants in the area. Rooms are great, but noisy. stuff wasn't as friendly and as welcoming."
