Great property! Easy to check in and get signed in. Property was very clean and closely located and in walking distance to food and shopping. The apartment door was probably the most secure door I've ever seen.

Great place very comfy.

The hotel was great, very clean with cold A/C. GPS took us right to the Area, but was confusing trying to find the right door. There was no signage, luckily had other friends staying there so showed how to go thru the correct door. The location was great, only negative was it was confusing to find, otherwise would recommend staying here while in Venice.

Week in Venice

Our stay was wonderful. So close to the busy areas, but on a nice quiet side street right on the canal. Cleaning is very attentive, bottles of water, coffee pods, milk, soda, really helps out. Air Conditioners worked perfectly. There are two different water taxi stops Guglie across the bridge and Crea on same side of canal. I would definitely choose the apartment again.

Lots of construction nearby, and somewhat difficult to find. Helpful host, but coffee machine uses pods that cannot be found nearby, stove took hours to figure out. Not the best experience. Will not use this host again.

Definitely would come back!

Fab service and the apartment was lovely. Really nice welcome pack with drinks & snacks which made us feel really welcome. Perfect for our stay. The location was brilliant - 10 minute walk from the train station and 2 boat stops within 5 minute walk away. Very clean and tidy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air con was perfect for the warm days/evenings. The only little things we struggled with was maybe a slight lack of utensils to cook and the sofa/tv in the living room was a little difficult to see with no smart tv to access English channels/apps. This was a very small issue though and we would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!

Excellent room and stay

The lady that welcomed us was so friendly and kind. The room was supplied with everything we needed. She even has a refrigerator stocked with water, wine, soda, juice boxes etc… and has snacks and coffees on the counter. The room is located in a great spot, within walking distance to everything Venice has to offer. We would stay here again and be excited for when we came back!

Amazing property! The apartment is very nice, in mint condition, everythng worked and was comfortable, check in and check out was easy and the lady that handled the procesd was very nice. The apt has powerful ACs (which is rare in Italy) and they also left us a fridge full of juice, water, coke, etc.- free minibar! Nice coffee maker as well, once I figured it out it made great coffee. The location is only 6 min walk from the train station, close to canal and all the attractions but not in a crowded area. It was absolutely perfect! Many thanks and we hope to return some day, maybe in fall or spring when Venice is less crowded.

It was a very bad experience as we weren’t able to enter the hotel apartment with the key as it wasn’t fit into the key hole for some reason. Called the host (Nicole) & was not helpful at all, After an hour, the cleaning lady came with the spare key. She tried for 30mins & it didn’t work either. Nicole didn’t offer help until we asked for a solution as it was almost 1030pm. She even ignored our call & WhatsApp messages. All our stuff was inside the room & we just flew in from Hong Kong after a 13hrs long haul flight + 2 hrs train from Milan to Venice & had nothing to change for the night. They then moved us to the nearby hotel, we slept in our dirty clothes & I didn’t even take off my contact lens. It was an extremely tough night for me & my daughter. The locksmith came the next morning & opened the door eventually but the host never apologize or showed any courtesy. Even the stranger guy next door offered the living room for us to stay overnight but we kindly rejected. Overall the experience was a nightmare & we are very disappointed. Nicole was like disappeared & never asked how we were or check in with us after the chaotic episode, as if we were at fault & she has nothing to do with this. If the key/ lock is so unreliable & easily locked people the out, suggest they have to change it to a better lock. They obviously not caring for the guests & has no sense of urgency. We were questioned if we went to the correct room and using the same key for we only have 1 key assigned!

Check in was a mess. I never received any information from the property management on the checking in process. By Luck when I arrived there was cleaning staff who told me about the code for the front door and how to get my individual room key. Had it not been for him I would not have had access to my room. I will not recommend this place to anyone because you could be out on the street. The next day I came across another guest who had the same problem. After calling the contact number he was told to complete the online check in. The problem is both he and I could not complete the check in online because the system would not accept our information. It is my suggestion to find a hotel which has staff on site. Once in the room, everything functioned. I was not impressed with the low shower water pressure or the very firm bed and pillows. None of which were terrible, but not great either. On a good note, it was clean, large and quiet.

The room was set up for 5 people it was smaller and different than the pictures. I was initially not happy, the check in was not as easy but partially it was my fault. Once I seen how clean and thoughtful the things provided were it changed my mind. The location is great the room had everything we needed. Please note there’s about 3 stairs to go up.

We enjoyed our stay. It wasn’t far from the train station and the location was quiet and nice. There a cafe’s right outside of the door. Make sure you email the staff of the time you plan to arrive. I didn’t and had to scramble to get the info needed to get into the property. They responded quickly and we were able to get in right away with their help.
