"If you want understated luxury this is the hotel for you."

We stayed at this hotel from Japan for our honeymoon.

"Great property in the middle of where you want to be. The staff was extremely helpful with getting water taxis and for food options. They have a great bar and great breakfast. Walk out onto the grand canal and go for your adventure for the day."

"Incredible customer service. Everyone working reception was extremely nice and helpful."

"Great location and staff!"

"😊"

"The front desk staff and bartenders were friendly helpful and expert at their positions."

"Great location and staff was super helpful very quiet and room was excellent"

"Lovely hotel a short walk from the train station and waterbus. Very clean and comfortable with staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was a bonus. Comfortable beds and super quiet. I'd definitely stay again"

My reservation was a little misleading and I thought we could park at the hotel and when I called them the person I spoke to was not very helpful in explaining that if I was driving I would have to park near the bus station and walk to the hotel. It took us 3 hours of driving in circles until I finally googled the information and parked in a garage that was ridiculously expensive 45Euros per day. They told me at the...
