The hotel is located in a safe area and has good access to public transport. Many nice and beautiful coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly. We will come back again!

Very nice play to stay. Front desk service was great. Metro is a short walk. The rooms are well furnished with a lot of space. Definitely would stay again.

Really cute, really safe little hotel attached to an old-folks home. Perfect distance away from Paris that it's not overwhelming and actually incredibly calm and pleasant. Bakery right across the street was absolutely amazing! Fresh breakfast every morning! Parking isn't easy though so either prepare to take the metro a lot or rent a small car.

This is actually an old people’s home that is brand new. They don’t have many residents therefore rent out the spare rooms as a hotel. It’s clean and serves the purpose we required. I would stay again

We used public transportation to access the property and it was just 10 minutes to the train station. One train to downtown Paris. There are shops, restaurants and groceries within 5-7 mins walk. The room was super clean and very modern. I would recommend staying there with a family. We arrived after 8pm, but the manager was waiting for a communication from us and let us in the gate from the street.

We feel lucky for finding this nice place in Paris. It’s away from the central Paris about only 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. Nice bakeries around the area and a big supermarket is 20 minutes walking distance. Rooms are big and it has a nice kitchen. People are super friendly and helpful, especially the young gentleman at the front desk. Beds are very comfortable, high quality bedding materials. Feel safe walking down the street after dark since it’s in a safe residential area. The price of the room is super low compare to those in central Paris. It’s more like a comfy apartment to us. Will come back again!

The area around the hotel in Le Raincy is very nice. There are arange of high quality boutique and artisan shops. There are nice bars and restaurants that have takeaway close to the property. I was there with my daughter and we felt very safe in the area. The RER is a short walk down the road and from there access to the Paris Metro via Le Gare Du Nord Magenta. Be careful with late night arrivals at CDG airport, as the RER maybe closed, so a taxi for about 30E may be needed. The property was clean and the staff friendly and approachable. It is a senior's home, but has the feel of a hotel. Facillities are modern.

Apartments are nice and clean, pretty much brand new, great value for your money, the building is a seniors apartment and they have a part of the building they rent it out to tourists. Grocery store is just a minute walk as well as the butcher, fruits and vegetables, gelatos French style. Train station is 10 mins walk and put you right at Paris city centre in 25 minutes. Just one staff member speaks English ( lady was pregnant) the other ones use voice translator, I think customer service can improve if they want to.

The location is new, very clean, quiet and peaceful. The area has great transportation by bus and train. You dont have to leave the area to get to the restaurant or grocery store. Whenever we are in Paris we would definitely stay here!
