It was much nicer than we expected for a cheap hotel stop over night. We arrived quite late and were a bit worried about the check in , but we were greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist , and the lobby area had a bar and looked really nice. The breakfast was very worth it as well. Delicious, and lots of choices.

Nice stay

Room ok with view away from street.Takes some time on the metro to get to the center, but is very close to metro station. Staff speaks English and are very helpful and friendly. Good cleaning of room. Didn't eat breakfast. Shops and restaurants close by.

The rooms were clean and neat. We were there 4 nights and we had great cleaning every day. The reception and bar staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The wait staff in the dining room, not as much. This is a nice hotel I’m a good area close to many restaurants, shops and public transport. However, it definitely could use refurbishing.

The location of this hotel was good, easy to find the metro, restaurants and supermarkets. The room itself was reasonable and bed comfortable enough, size was good but decor needed a refresh. Our only issue was the replacement of facilities when our room was being made up, for example not enough tea bags or none at all, not replacing soap when finished, needing to ask for toilet roll as not replaced or very low. As my family and I was out for the day, it meant having to chase or ask for replacements. Based on how much the hotel cost for the 5 nights, I think it was just average. Hopefully these comments may help the hotel to make improvements going forward.

The hotel is located in a good area of Paris. The hotel public areas are very nice and the reception staff very helpful. Our room was of a good size and the bathroom in particular very well appointed and appeared new. What really let the hotel down for us was the lack of air conditioning in our room where only a large fan was provided. A vent which was supposed to provide cool air provided nothing at all, but we did notice the hallways, reception and lounge areas were much cooler. We complained to reception about the excessive heat in our room and were promised an investigation but nothing happened. We consider this lack of a comfortable temperature in a guest room to be unacceptable in a 4 star hotel.

Overall stay

The place is good. But there was mis-communication. During arrival i was told that Breakfast is included in the charges. But 1 day later i discovered it was not so and i had pay 19 Euros for breakfast. The sink was blocked on the 2nd and 3rd day. The issue was reported but no one rectified. Room service is quite poor. We had to come down to collect additional water bottles. Additional water bottles was requested at extra cost. But they probably did not understand and did not supply water the next day.

Mediocre, no air conditioning in the rooms

The hotel is just a few meters away from Liberte metro station, which is a big plus. Also, in the neighbourhood, there are a lot of restaurants you can try, some of which are good, some really bad. Other than the location, the hotel is mediocre. It's clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is friendly and speaks English which is a plus for France. Breakfast was just ok, nothing much, with almost no healthy options. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Although they had a sticker in the room that there is an air cooling system in place, it did not work. When we asked, they just gave us a fan for the room, which did not suffice with a heatwave. The funny thing is that the rest of the hotel (even outside the room door) was airconditioned so obviously, they did not turn on the airconditioning in the rooms to save costs. Disappointing.

L’hotel si trova in un’ottima posizione grazie alla vicinanza con la metro. La struttura è accogliente, con una bella hall e una sala colazione/ristorante piacevole. Nell'assieme la struttura e' buona , comoda nel raggiungere a meno di 100 metri la metro per arrivare in centro e spostarsi comodamente . L albergo , parliamo di un 4 stelle presentava alcuni disservizi , tutte le mattine sebbene i letti erano rifatti con cambio delle tovaglie da bagno , le lenzuola non venivano cambiate , le ho tenute 5 giorni . In camera l aria condizionata non si poteva gestire in modo autonomo , e la sera si sentiva il rumore del climatizzatore della stanza accanto e non ci si addormentava subito .Colazione abbondante ma sistematicamente sempre la stessa , non cambiava . Un fastidio era anche la mancanza dei cucchiaini non esistevano . il caffe o il latte andava mescolato con forchetta o cucchiaio grande. Lamento la qualità che non corrisponde al prezzo pagato .
