The hotel feels more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star property. While the restaurant and lobby are beautifully, the room area looks very different from the pictures. Unfortunately, the pillows had an unpleasant odor.

Hotel has two small lifts, one lift was out of order, therefore caused queues both ways. A nicely decorated room but the light at entrance next to the storage area was so low that it was difficult to see things, another light was not working, locker was not working, no hand lotion in bathroom. Due to the lift situation, to access gym - had to go out of the building and take fire exit staircase - gym was extremely small, maximum dumbbell weight 5kg, music was on but remote missing and no water. Staff was nice, cordial and very responsive.

Good place to stay in Paris

Nice, recently renovated hotel in good, quiet location. Parking a little tight, but normal for a European city. Pleasant lobby and rooms. Trash cans could be a bit bigger!

Visited the hotel with two kids under 3 and with my wife Let me share my experience with all of you 1. Parking Very narrow parking garage but nothing can expected better than this in such a location, no direct elevator access to the hotel via parking which is making the life very hard with kids 2. Entrance The barrier free entrance is closed for our entire stay, there was a red/white block for the 4 days in total so it was kind of impossible to go in and out with out little ones? what was the purpose and why it is not being fixed is a HUGE question mark 3. Kids Area It says family friendly but kids playground area is literally 1.5 sqm with no borders or clear cut from others, the area is also needs construction where the walls are not fully finished and the carpet is very dirty as it is open for public use 4. Service Staff The team was incredible except till last day our visit, there was a very smart guy who declined to share the menu with us to take it to our room as they have limited menu with them! I told them that I will bring it back but the guy still did not wanted to give (very weird) Anyway we had dinner there and the lady who served us was very nice Also the 3 night before and the last night the reception team and the overnight guy was really helpful in general (my service points deducted due to lack of capabilities in the hotel) 5. Breakfast Service was good but options are very limited, 3 choices of cheese and very limited options in general (can be enhanced for su
