It is not at all a 4 star hotel. at best a 1 star hotel. The staff was rude. The parking area was completely terrible, no service from the hotel and I got my car damaged because of it. I need compensation for the terrible room, service and most importantly the damage to my car. Please initiate my refund at the earliest.

Bad Smell and Broken Facilities Ruined Our Stay

We booked 6 nights and were extremely disappointed. The carpet in the room felt disgusting and was most likely the source of a constant bad smell. There was no proper ventilation, and the air conditioning kept turning off on its own, forcing us to wake up several times during the night to turn it back on. The water kettle had to be moved across the room to find a usable outlet. The security locker didn't work at all when we arrived, and we had to report it to get it opened. The shower flooded due to poor drainage, though it was fixed after we complained. Worst of all, the car elevator broke down and we couldn't access our car, completely ruining an evening in Paris. The hotel offered only a 2-day parking refund and ignored how serious this issue was. If this had happened on our checkout day, it would have been a disaster. It's clear the hotel lacks a reliable service provider for essential facilities. We requested a one-night refund and a full parking refund, which was denied. For the price we paid, this stay was unacceptable. Poor maintenance and lack of guest care made the entire experience frustrating.

Good hotel in a nice area and within easy reach of the Metro. Excellent local bars and Brasserie serving delicious food, the Boulangerie was excellent and extremely popular. The hotel decor was tired in places but very clean

Séjour très court mais prévu à l'heure et à la journée. Très bien placé malgré momentanément le métro bloqué! Sinon accueil à 15h + retour à 23h et le départ à 11h, toujours des personnes très sympathiques, attentives à vos besoins! Un hôtel propre correspondant à notre choix c'est bien, plus un côté écologique c'est mieux, mais un personnel au top, remerciez les c'est important pour nous surtout quand nous avez fait 10 h de route!!! Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Das Hotel war für 2 Nächte in Paris sehr gut. Mein Zimmer war ein bisschen dunkel, aber recht geräumig, mit kleinem Kühlschrank, Balkon und neuem Bad. Das Bett war bequem und alles war sauber. Es gab ein modernes Bad mit großer Dusche. Metrostation sowie Bushaltestellen sind in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Bäcker und Café's. Das Frühstück bietet für nur 13 EUR viele Optionen. Es gibt auch einen Fitnessraum, den ich leider nicht nutzen konnte (göffnet von 09:00 bis 21:00). Wenn man die Klimaanlage den ganzen Tag laufen lässt, sorgt diese auch im Hochsommer für angenehme Temperaturen. Empfehlenswert.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel sympa à la décoration soignée. Literie confortable. Très bon emplacement en cœur de ville. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Eco-responsabilité appréciable. Quelques points à revoir : étanchéité au bruit des fenêtres, rideaux et vmc bruyante. Quant à l'alarme incendie intempestive, ça surprend même a 9h du matin !

A revoir sérieusement !

Hôtel qui n'est pas au niveau des 4 étoiles affichées : gros problème de parking puis, pour une raison inconnue, pas de plafond dans le lobby ! On est directement sous les tuyaux et fils électriques, pas terrible la " déco " ! Le reste à l'avenant : peinture et joints fatigués, VMC hors service, clim poussive,(éviter cependant d'ouvrir la fenêtre, le Kebab d'a-côté parfume la rue et les étages à l'odeur de merguez ! ) mobilier branlant, salle d'eau très étroite ! En prime, une alarme incendie à 8h00 du matin, histoire de bien réveiller tout le monde ! Fréquenté par de nombreux participants à Roland Garros, très bien situé, cet hôtel mérite de la part du propriétaire, un véritable effort de mise à niveau et une convention avec le parking municipal voisin pour éviter la déconvenue d'un parking inaccessible.
