First of all, the hotel had an excellent location close by Arc De Triompf. The staff was very friendly. The room was very cute, small and cozy. It was such a nice experience and I would recommend this hotel to everyone! Will come back if possible.

The room for the city standards was what I consider to be spacious for similar type hotels. Bathroom was also nice. We arrived at around 1030am and our room was ready and made available to us right away with no nonsense about early check in. The staff was very nice and courteous. They offered breakfast even though we hadn’t stayed there the night before. Since we had already eaten they nevertheless treated us to coffee and pastries we really enjoyed coming in from chilly weather outside.

Boutique hotel, which I love to stay at every time they have great service, the towels, the robes are so soft and cozy. Even to the smartest detail in the toilet paper with a sticker with their name and the things i like .

Here’s the thing: The breakfast is of very poor quality, in terms of both the selection and quality of available foods. This deficiency makes me reluctant to return. Our one-bedroom suite with living room and separate bedroom was wonderful. And the location near the Arc d’Triomphe is great. But only one tiny ancient elevator for all floors. Also, no room service or restaurant/bar available. Really a 3-star, not a 4-star, hotel.

We had an excellent stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff is amazing. Good selection of breakfast foods. We had fantastic macaroons upon arrival. Cool small terrace view out the window. Also, it’s a two minute walk to the Arc De Triomphe. The only con is the teeny tiny elevator. But I’d absolutely stay here again. We had an excellent visit!

We enjoyed our last minute stay at the Hotel Balmoral. Morning breakfast was good. We walked and/or Lime biked all around Paris. Hotel Balmoral is in a good location to do all these things. Room was small but air conditioned. It had everything we needed after a full day of sight seeing.

Amazing hotel for money and service
