Flight got cancelled st CDG airport and we made a last minute booking late in the evening. Check in perfectly fine and all staff were great and helpful. Shuttle to Orly airport in the morning. Rooms are comfortable, clean and close to the airport.

Nice clean hotel but the view on the picture isn’t the same like the hotel. The room were clean and well tidy. I wasn’t impress with the look when I first saw the hotel but the reception was so helpful… if u compare the view on the front property on the picture with the actual view trust u will be dissapointed when u get there. Staff were nice like I said but only the front view wasn’t looking as expected

It is the worst hotel in my life, and I do not recommend it to anyone, it does not have light in the corridors, it does not have a micro, refrigerator, iron, or water. The restaurant doesn't work, the breakfast is disgusting, the elevator is for only one person, and around it there is no kind of commerce, this kind of hotel should not appear on the required page, rent for 7 days and I couldn't stay one day I had to leave, and they didn't give me back any penny, they are pickpockets, thieves.

please, be careful as in the curtains, there were 2 big insects! one was dead!!! the laundry service at midnight... is a lot of noise... I was awake and working but I was serously thinking about the ones who actually slept! Beside those 2 points, the price, and the state of the hotel, and the room were very good for the price... Ah also the wifi stopped... but the receptionist sais it's very unusual... but could not fix it either. I would still recommend this hotel, it's close enough to the airport. I mean it's more positive points, than negative overall.... really:!

Worst Hotel in Paris

I had placed a no disturb sign on my door bc I didn’t want anyone going into my room. Came back to find the housekeeper inside. I asked why she was there when I specifically put the sign up. She said it’s OK - went sightseeing, returned at 1:30am to find $500 missing. Management gave the run around and even went to the police to file a report. I do not expect a good outcome. Whatever you do DO NOT stay here. Rude, unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

Worse hotel ever

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. We booked so we could be close to the airport for an early morning flight. The hotel and hotel.com app says they provide shuttle service, however that is only during certain hours, which is not explained on the website. We requested a taxi pick up when we found this out and when we went downstairs at 3 am the hotel didn’t even call an approved taxi. It was a random guy. There is no way this hotel should be listed as a 3 star. Everything was is poor shape, the walls were so thin you could hear everything. The staff was not friendly. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Ich hatte in Dreibettzimmer gebucht mit Frühstück. Meine zwei Gäste konnten wegen Flugausfall nicht kommen. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war nicht besonders freundlich, hat mir sogar die Übernachtungssteuer für drei Personen abverlangt. Am Zimmer war nichts auszusetzen.
