"This hotel is definitely different from others where you need to lock your shoes before entering the hotel through the lobby area. Staff were very nice and professional. The room we stayed at was big compared to the other hotels, consisting of a living room and a separate room for a queen size bed. This is a family friendly hotel, therefore there were foreign families with kids that would be talking loudly. Even playing around in the onsen area where it should be quiet. Overall stay was nice. Would recommend to friends for sure."

"We enjoyed 4 days in Kyoto at this amazing hotel located at Kyoto Station. This is a seriously impressive facility with several dining and shopping options within the hotel itself. As it is connected to the main Kyoto Station there are countless additional food and shopping options, as well as the convenience of being at the main station for the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was continuously restocked with water, coffee, tea, and touletry supplies if needed. The room was fabulous and, as expected, spotlessly clean. You cannot go wrong here if you are looking to stay in central Kyoto and want easy access to just about any shopping or dining experience."
